Using this vulnaribility an attacker might reset the phone, block the SIM card, ...This app registers as handler for the "tel" Uri. When a webpage contains the malicious code, the app chooser will pop up and "Security: Block Tel URI" will be in the list. If you choose it, it will show you the Uri that was blocked.Warning: The app chooser will only show up if you have not choosen a default dialer before!
