The goal of the report and the study is toimprove patient-provider communication in the dialysis setting by making it morepatient-centered. Patient-centered communication is respectful of, andresponsive to, individual patient preferences, needs, and values.INFORMED2 is an adaptation of the INFORMED app, which is oriented towardsdialysis patients.
