The app provides a useful tool so that a persons mobile phone can be utilized for monitoring purposes. The Shadowtrack app sendsalerts to the users mobile device when they are required to initiate a location check, perform a sobriety test, or check in for curfew or self reporting. The information gathered once an alert is completed by a user is reported back to the appropriate entity via the Shadowtrack platform.
