Csm.exe sends e-mail (plain text or HTML with embedded pictures), including attachments to bcc and cc recipients via the SMTP(S) protocols. Cgm.exe can list, display, or delete e-mail from POP3(S) or IMAP(S) mailboxes. It also features useful debugging output that can be used to troublesome e-mail problems without firing up a clumsy telnet session.
