In case you don't know BizTalk allows you to create a service window on receive location that means the receive location will only be active during that time. You can only specify one service window per receive location and because you can only create one receive location with a particular set of parameters or filters it means you cannot have multiple service window's per receive location. This tool can be used to set up multiple service windows on a receive location.
